Our weekend with the camper van was amazing and everything was great until we returned the RV. There was a small scratch, so Ms Wolff kept the deposit (1500€ in cash, in 2020) to fix the problem. She contacted us a couple days after and said that it would be 2500€ to fix A SCRATCH. Our nightmare began there, as we tried to contact PaulCamper and they didnt reply (online). We went to the office and the lady from customer service told us that they couldnt help us and we should just go to the police and sue Ms Wolff. So, we called Ms Wolff to try to find a friendly solution, and she was told the same by PC (to sue us). As we are not from Germany and we needed a fast solution, Ms Wolff ended up returning 500€, so we paid 1000€ for a scratch. And all of this happened under the full insurance. Paul Camper is the worst platform I ever used to rent anything, and Ms Wolff went from asking 2500€ to charging us 1000€. Good luck using this platform.

Wir waren zwar lediglich für ein Wochenende unterwegs, doch Bruno ist wie ein kleines zu Hause. Die Übergabe durch Doreen verlief sehr ausführlich, nett und unkompliziert. So auch die Abgabe und die Kommunikation vor der Anmietung, während und zur Abgabe. Gern wieder und dann etwas länger.

Die 7 Tage mit "Bruno" waren unsere ersten Ferien mit einem Wohnmobil und ein Glückstreffer. Doreen nahm uns freundlich in Empfang und erklärte uns alle Details. Das Wohnmobil ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für unterwegs braucht. Wir schätzen Doreens unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Art und können dieses Wohnmobil (und Doreen ) auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Super Dankeschön für den tollen Urlaub
