Der Camper hat schon ein paar Kilometer auf dem Tacho, ist aber in einem guten Zustand! Wir sind sehr gut und ohne technische Probleme durch Urlaub gekommen! Die Kommunilation war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit dem Camper und waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief jederzeit einwandfrei :-)

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit und hatten die Möglichkeit den ganzen Urlaub über mit unserem Vermietern in Kontakt zu bleiben, da dass unsere erste Reise war hat das viele Unsicherheit genommen und auch die ausführliche Einführung hat uns einiges erleichtert. Mit dem Camper fehlt es einem an nichts!:)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Frankreich. Der Camper ist leicht zu fahren und ubersichtich. Auf die Rückfahrkamera darf man sich nicht zu sehr verlassen, darauf würden wir aber bei der Übergabe hingewiesen. Der Camper hat alles was man braucht für einen Urlaub mit zwei Personen. Der ganze Camper war sehr sauber, alles hat funktioniert.

Alles lief gut. Es gab keine Probleme mit dem Camper. Das Fahrzeug ist wendig und man kann damit gut fahren. Die Technik funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, alles nötige an Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr ist vorhanden. Übergabe und Rückgabe verlief problemlos. Wir hatten einen tollen Campingurlaub. Die Kommunikation mit Nikola und Stefan war auch prima. Wir können diesen Camper weiterempfehlen.

Vehicle Condition: As a car the Dreamer really delivers. It's a no-nonsense diesel, which will reliably get you pretty much anywhere. Living area is spacious and comfortable. Make sure to measure out correctly. Couples where both are taller than 180cm and/or with kids around 165cm should think twice before renting, though. At that length the beds will not be long enough for comfortable sleep. We'd have enjoyed our trip thoroughly, had it not been for a back door leak. The back door couldn't withstand normal rain, which caused wet mattress and soaked bed sheets. It was unclear if the problem with the leak was known in advance. Had we known about the leak, we wouldn't have rented the Dreamer at all. We're still in dialogue with the owner about compensation for the defect. Technical installations: The Dreamer comes with a user manual and Steven took much time to guide us through how everything works. However, when on the road, we discovered that the user manual contains serious inaccuracies, which will lead to the technical installations not operating properly. It's reasonable to expect of both the manufacturer and otherwise the owner, that they provide a user manual without errors, so you can operate the mobile home. Finally, in relation to vehicle condition, one of the head rests at the back of the car couldn't be adjusted. This caused discomfort for the passenger in that seat, and we had to devise an impromptu solution. This problem was definitely known in advance and should have been fixed. Owner Interaction: Steven took good time to show us around the vehicle at handover. As you can tell we had both defects and user manual inaccuracies, which impacted our holiday. Unfortunately, we never got the feeling this was really important to the owner. For instance, while we flagged these problems on day 1 and 2 of our time with the camper, they either didn't get fixed or got fixed only about 10 days into our trip. Mostly due to lack of knowledge on the owners' part about how the camper functions. Despite the problems during the trip, the handover at the end of the rental period was trouble-free, once we'd found a way to accommodate a very early return time, required by the owners' schedule. Also, the deposit and compensation for one of the problems we faced due to aforementioned problems were transferred back to us without issues. Travel Experience: Travelling with a camper is exciting. You're so mobile that - in a short amount of time - you can visit many different cultures, cities and have many different kinds of experiences. Owner feedback for the future: - keep up the positive and thorough handovers. - know the vehicle. - update the user manual accordingly, so it's accurate. - communicate empathetically with renters about challenges they face.

Leider war der Camper an manchen Stellen beschädigt und konnte nicht zu 100% genutzt werden. Das Bad konnte leider nicht benutzt werden, weil wohl irgendwo ein Schlauch defekt war. Markise wurde am Vortag vom Vormieter beschädigt und konnte deshalb nicht alleine von mir aufgestellt werden. Die Kommunikation war ok
