My experience with Manuela started out very pleasantly and smoothly and ended pretty badly. Check in with Manuela was good, we went through all the details and the van itself was really well equipped and in good condition. During our trip in Switzerland we had a scratch in the van (not our fault). When checking out we explained the situation to Manuela. I checked the insurance to fix the problem, which cost no more than 200-300 euros (the scratch wasn't that big or deep) but they decided to keep the deposit which it was 1500 euros! Due to this problem, we were 1-2 hours late for check-out and were charged 60 euros extra. Of course, the 60 euros weren't that much when you compare the 1500 euros, 1500 euros... In summary, a bad experience that led to our 5 day trip with a cost of +2000 euros just in van expenses, plus stress and an overall bad and unforgettable feeling. I hope the next tenants can have a better experience. Best, Patricia
